This policy explains what information Massif Mortgage Co LLC dba Massif Capital Group ("Massif Capital Group," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to massifcapitalgroup.com, our online forms, our client portal, and the emails and text messages we send.
Massif Capital Group arranges business-purpose financing for companies and real estate investors. We are a broker, not a lender. We do not arrange loans for personal, family or household purposes.
Residential loans that Gene Griffin originates are handled by a separate licensed company under its own privacy notice. This policy does not cover them.

Information we collect
What you give us. When you fill out a form, call, email, text or use the client portal, you may give us:
- Contact details: name, business name, email, phone number, mailing address
- Deal details: property address and type, purchase price, loan amount, rents, operating income and expenses
- Business and financial records: tax returns, bank statements, profit and loss statements, rent rolls, leases, entity documents, schedules of real estate owned
- Information about owners and guarantors: name, contact details, ownership share, experience, government-issued photo ID, and personal financial statements when a lender requires them
- Anything else you choose to send us, including messages and call notes
If you give us information about another person, such as a co-owner or guarantor, you confirm you are allowed to share it.
What is collected automatically. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Our client portal records when you sign in and which documents you upload. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To review your financing request and tell you whether we can help
- To prepare your loan package and present it to lenders
- To keep track of what documents a lender still needs and follow up with you
- To send you updates about your request by email or text
- To answer your questions and keep records of our conversations
- To check documents for errors, inconsistencies and signs of fraud
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations, and to protect our rights
We use software, including artificial intelligence tools, to read and organize the documents you send, summarize your file and draft messages. A person on our team reviews that work before anything goes to a lender or to you. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal effects on you; lenders make all credit decisions.
We will only send you marketing messages if you agree to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only as follows.

Once a lender receives your information, its own privacy policy governs how it uses it.
Our AI document processing provider handles your documents under commercial terms that do not allow it to use them to train its models.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Massif Capital Group may text you about your financing request: document requests, status updates, appointment reminders and replies to your questions. We send marketing texts only if you separately agree to them. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of working with us.
- How often: message frequency varies with your request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop: reply STOP to any message to stop texts. We will confirm and send no further texts unless you opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact us at [email protected] or 512-517-9822.
- Hours: we text between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and between noon and 9 p.m. on Sunday, Central Time, except when you text us first.
- Your number stays with us: we do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text consent with anyone for their marketing. Text messaging opt-in data is not shared with third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you apply to work with us
If you apply for a role through our careers page, we collect what you send us: your name, contact details, résumé, work history, LinkedIn profile and anything else you include. We use it only to evaluate your application and contact you about it. We do not share it outside our firm except with service providers that host our website and email. We keep applications for up to 2 years and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by writing to [email protected].
Security
The client portal requires a personal sign-in, and each client sees only their own file. Documents travel and are stored encrypted, and access inside our firm is limited to the people working on your request. No system is perfectly secure, so please send documents through the portal rather than by email or text.
How long we keep it
We keep your file for as long as we are working on your request and then for 5 years after it closes or is withdrawn, to meet legal and record-keeping obligations and resolve any disputes. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law or to finish a transaction you asked for
- Stop sending you marketing emails or texts
Send requests to [email protected]. We will confirm who you are before acting and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you before it applies.
