Who we're looking for
Experienced, independent and driven.
- 3+ years of documented commercial lending or commercial banking experience
- A network of relationships and the drive to build your own pipeline. Self-generated business comes first; company leads are a bonus.
- Comfortable reading financials, sizing a deal and talking structure with borrowers and lenders
- Self-directed and comfortable working as an independent, commission-based advisor
- An advisor's mindset: straight answers, clean files and doing right by the client
